This Boostin Performance 1/2" L19 Head Stud Kit is the key to sealing your head gasket when making over 1,000 WHP!! We have been testing this head stud kit on our shop drag car, the Red Demon, which makes over 1,300+ WHP, at 70+ PSI boost pressure, and have had zero head gasket issues since using this 4G63 designed 1/2" L19 Head Stud Kit.
Each Kit Includes:
- (10) 1/2" L19 Head Studs
- (10) 1" diameter washers. Must machine cylinder head to use.
- (10) .8" diameter washers for use with unmachined cylinder head.
- (10) nuts
- ARP Engine Assembly Lube
- Installation instructions for your machinist/machine shop
A custom BP Spec Head Gasket can also be included with your BP 1/2" L19 4G63 Head Stud Kit order. These Boostin Performance Spec Head Gaskets can only be used in combination with our BP 1/2" L19 4G63 Head Stud Kit.
(*Please note that our BP Spec Copper Head Gasket option does NOT include coolant passage ways.)
**NOTE**
Head and block machining is required for this head stud kit to work. The 4G63 7-bolt blocks can be tapped to 1/2" without any issues.
